Submission Guidelines: West Coast writers and artists only, that is, those currently living in AK, HI, WA, OR, or CA. Self-addressed stamped enveloped required for response. No e-submissions. We respond promptly, but do not comment or offer suggestions. We do not read manuscripts under submission elsewhere. We pay on acceptance an honorarium of $50, regardless of length or genre. Artists should submit scans at 300 dpi, 5 1/2 inches wide, with caption info, only of works on paper originally done in black & white. Full guidelines on our website.
